Cryptocurrency Hedge Fund Workshop

The Harvard Undergraduate Blockchain Group and The Global Center for Investment Fund Studies (GCIFS) are pleased to invite you to attend “The Current State of Cryptocurrency Hedge Funds,” to be held on April 21st, 2018 from 2:00-4:30 p.m. on the campus of Harvard University. The workshop, which is being organized by Capital Fund Law Group, will feature a question-and-answer approach to navigating the current state of cryptocurrency hedge funds and will also highlight information provided by various service providers, fund managers, and exchanges.

This committee will focus on understanding blockchain fundamentals, including its cryptographic primitives and the inherent game-theoretic concerns, and then moving on to evaluating attacks on common networks and evaluating emerging technologies.

2018 Fall Semester:

Bi-Weekly meetings with the Group. Topics will range from tech analysis to open source development work. To remain an active member of the group, these meetings are mandatory. 

In addition to bi-weekly meetings, we will have company events throughout the month. 

Finally, the Group travels to conferences nationally and internationally. These travels will only be open to active members.
